Fantastic attention to detail. Great breakfast, friendly folks. Wonderful B&B run by a super family. Highly reccomend. Excellent value.

Wonderful welcome and location. Liz and Douglas are friendly and professional. Other staff were very helpful. Excellent with local knowledge and helpful with suggestions for outings. Plenty of options to choose for breakfasts. Absolutely delicious.

Charming property with pristine rooms and a superb breakfast. Liz and Douglas were exceptionally accommodating, embodying warmth and hospitality. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area; you will not be disappointed.

Everything that you hope a B&B would supply. Friendly owners without being imposing, really clean bedroom and bathroom and good quality ingredients for breakfast.

The breakfast sausage was a little ordinary

Inverlea guest house is lovely. It’s very close to Ayr town, shops & restaurants. The owners went above and beyond for my nan who was staying here alone. Thank you so much, we are so grateful for your kindness the last couple of days. Mary & Kerry (Fiona’s family).

Everything was wonderful, the absolute best place to stay. Liz and Douglas were so friendly and welcoming like we were part of the family. From meeting us at the front door, a welcome drinky, to chocolate and biscuits in the room, nice bedding, snuggly towels, very clean rooms, awesome, perfectly cooked breakfast with so much choice, our stay could not be faulted. There are stairs to the rooms which was not a problem for us, although Liz offered to assist also. Liz recommended the pub next door for food, which was not your typical pub, more up-market with huge portions. Easy stroll to the beach front.

Everything was great.

Lovely warm home where we were welcomed like family. Wonderful breakfast and delightful hosts.
