Masakali Retreat

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed! Accommodation and views are amazing, staff are amazing, location is amazing! Highly recommend!! Ira is fantastic, she looked after us while we stayed and nothing was too much trouble, she also provided 2 drivers who dropped us off at restaurants and took us on trips. I will definitely come back!

Nothing, this place is perfect

An exceptional brand new Akasha villa where we stayed and loved every bit of personal attention provided. The master BR level suite was astonishingly beautiful with ornate wooden carvings. The view was awesome. Fresh juices with breakfast was great. Ira was very quick to respond and all staff tried to go the extra mile to help. Wish we could stay longer.

We loved it thoroughly but just a note, the villa has steps so will not be ideal for wheelchair user or those with restricted mobility. We had two in our family who were in their late 70s and early 80s. They managed but was difficult.

Wonderful! The villa reserved for us is stunning, both from the outside and the inside, beautiful bedroom with very comfortable bed and pillows and extremely comfortable bathroom, clean and abundantly stocked with linen for the bathroom. For breakfast there is a lot of variety and you can book it for the next morning at any time you want. The staff is fantastic, very present and attentive to your needs, whoever you contact responds quickly and they are always ready to accommodate your every request! The hotel also offers many services. We had lunch and dinner few times during our stay and the quality of the food was excellent. We took advantage of the 'massage' service at our villa and relied on Kantu, the resort's driver, for our entire stay for everything related to our trips and visits. Thank you Masakali for this wonderful stay, we will not forget any of you!

Everything is amazing, this is the best place where you can stay in Ubud. The staff is so nice and very good, Ira is the best perso who you can find in Bali to support you in everything that you need. Also the place with the view to the rice terraces is amazing. We really recommend this place, for sure we are coming back soon ☺️

Such a beautiful serene property & perfectly hospitable staff. Ira & team were so warm, caring & prompt on all our needs & queries. We had a perfect stay & grand bday celebration of our daughter with beautiful flower pool & cake.

There should be more options for food menu, since the property is in the midst of nature can't always go out to the centre for all your cravings. But you can always order via apps.
