Si quieres sentirte en familia y sentir la buena vibra que tienen en Bukit Lawang ve a Junia, no lo dudes, desde el primer día estan contigo y te hacen formar parte de su familia, es una experiencia inolvidable. Aparte todo está genial, el bungalow perfecto, la cama comodísima, el restaurante riquísimo y la experiencia del trekking y los traslados al aeropuerto perfectos también. This guesthouse is located in a beautiful and remote area with breathtaking views. The view from the balcony of my room was absolutely amazing. The staff were amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay and provided excellent hospitality. The restaurant at the guesthouse served fresh and delicious food every day, and I really enjoyed all the meals I had there. I specifically booked a room with air conditioning, which is not very common in this area, so I was happy to have that option. The AC worked very well and was strong enough to cool the room nicely, especially during the warmer hours. Since this is a remote village, there can sometimes be small challenges. During my stay, there was a thunderstorm around 8 PM and the guesthouse temporarily lost electricity, which was understandable because of the weather. The power was restored quickly, but later I noticed that my room still did not have electricity while the other rooms did. My fan and AC were not working, but after reporting it to the front desk, the issue was fixed promptly. There was also low water pressure for the hot water in my bathroom, so the warm water came out slowly. However, considering the remote location, I understood that these things can happen from time to time. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse. The amazing staff, delicious fresh food, comfortable room, strong AC, and stunning views made the experience truly special. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful remote location, this is a wonderful place to choose.

The property is beautiful. The garden is lush and so tranquil. The rooms are also very nice. Large and uniquely built. The garden restaurant is lovely.

Guest house failed to provide basic things like toilet paper, any toiletries and a kettle and a sachet of coffee etc. The shower water was also cold. They also charged us 30,000 each to store luggage even though we stayed a night and returned to stay another night.

Die Lage am Fluss war traumhaft. Sehr spezielle, gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir machten den 2 tägigen Jungletreck mit Dollar und Jon, 2 Superguides, die wärmstens zu empfehlen sind. Sie machten unseren Treck zu einem einmaligen Erlebnis, das ich SEHR empfehlen kann. Van gastheer, barista, barman tot gids super personeel! Wij werden laat in de avond opgepikt door de gastheer van Junia in het centrum nabij het verblijf. Ook een jungle-trek geboekt via Junia, en dat is heel goed bevallen ervaren gidsen en kok mee super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een klein probleempje met de douche er kwam geen warm water uit, gemeld en de jongens gingen er meteen mee aan de slag. Goede ervaring dus.

Leider keine Rückantwort per WhatsApp oder über das Buchungsportal erhalten, als ich vorab Fragen zum Dschungeltrek hatte.

Die Gartenanlage der Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Überall blüht es und es ist schön grün außenherum! Es gibt auch Affen, die mal kurz vorbei schauen können. Personal war super nett. Es wird Laundry angeboten, was vor allem nach dem Dschungel dringend notwendig war!. Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer (vor und nach dem Trekking) die beiden sehr schön waren, inkl Hängematte zum Ausruhen. Und es war außerdem möglich das große Gepäck während dem Trekking vor Ort zu lassen. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Für den Dschungel kann man in der Nähe auch noch Klopapier und Wasser kaufen.

Die Matratzen waren für mich zu weich

Good location and good staff. My tour guide Andika is professional and took care of me kindly. We saw 5 orangutans and some other monkeys during the trekking. And it's lucky to see the corpse flower.
