Very friendly staff. Organized the most amazing guides for our family of 4. We had our 2 boys, 12 years and 9 years and they loved our guides so much. Also organized a great private driver to Lake Toba for us at a great price. Food in restaurant was delicious and affordable with lots of fresh vegetables. Restaurant sells alcohol. Rooms were great value for money.

Bequemes großes Bett mit Moskitonetz, der Besitzer organisierte uns netterweise einen Fahrer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft und wieder zurück

Keine Klimaanlage, aus der Dusche kam nur tröpfchenweise Wasser, es reichte nicht zum Haare duschen, der Eimer neben der Toilette wurde Tage nicht geleert und es fing an zu stinken

Everything was perfect! Clean room, comfortable bed, nice terrace, where I was drinking beer or coffee with beautiful view.😍 They have a good restaurant above the river with delicious food. I liked so much pineapple pancakes in the morning 😋 But the most important - super staff of this guest house! Muhdi has helped me with everything! He has organized for me transfers to Bukit Lawang and to Airport. And he has a really good guide for walking in the jungle to orangutans. I have seen a lot of orangutans and monkeys! My experience never forget! Thank you, Muhdi! Thank you, Tobi. Thanks to everybody in Ida Guest House! ❤️❤️❤️
