Location was perfect..... Firecastle bakery downstairs for breakfast was amazing, and there gift store was beautiful for different gifts... comfortable rooms

Better communication with Booking.com of after hr check in... had no communication of the key lock box code to get in.... 9 pm at night it's dark had no idea where to go.. asked a local where the rooms were and got directions from him of picking up the key in the pub next door..... very poor communication

The staff in the cafe were very friendly when we checked in and the location was wonderful.

Unfortunately we had a group of girls in the room opposite us that partied until 4 in the morning. The rooms are very quiet it sound proof it was just unfortunate that they were across the hall.
