After booking for the wrong night and driving for 5hours through diversions, the staff were able to change my booking and accommodate me. This hotel is very safe and secure and the decor in the room is absolutely beautiful

Fantastic location, very clean, tastefully appointed, comfortable beds, view of St. Brigid’s Cathedral from our room. Appreciated having an elevator.

Check-in was a little confusing because I had been traveling and had not seen the email with instructions, but the staff at Harte’s was helpful. There is no front desk or staff always on site, but the staff was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue.
