It was pretty much clean overall. Staff were very friendly and was convenient for our requirements and reason for booking.

Unfortunately towels were not changed, even though it stated to leave them in shower and cups and beverages weren't replenished. I didn't feel it was stated clearly enough that breakfast was extra, when booking. Also is quite expensive in comparison, which I found out afterwards.

"It was very adequate for a one or two night stay."

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Enclosed run for dogs.

Room was small as was shower.
