All staff were super friendly. Particular thanks to Nikki. Our upgrade to a suite was very welcome- this ground floor bedroom and separate lounge/dining space made our visit very comfortable. The facilities for dogs are very good, including dog exercise area, poo bags, bins and treats

It was comfortable the breakfast was great and staff were helpful and friendly also perfect location to the port. We will stay here again if we have an early ferry.
