The woman who welcomed us was so friendly and helpful. We really felt welcomed. She allowed us to use the breakfast room so we could play cards together as a family (we were in 4 separate rooms). She made excellent recommendations for food and this place really is dog friendly

It was a little rowdy....or more like the other guests staying here. But that can't be helped!

Delightful property with lovely staff, great room that was quiet and spotlessly clean, secure parking and only a few minutes from the port. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were welcome.

Everything! Coral gables is excellent, I have stayed before coming off the ferry from Spain after 33 hours on board, Coral Gables is minutes away. The room was spotless and very comfortable and my wee dog slept so well, he didn’t want to leave! I communicated with the staff over concerns of access if the ferry was delayed. The girls were lovely and gave me clear instructions on what to do. Check in was super easy and friendly.
