The property is in a good location on a quiet road about 20 minute walk to the minster. Room was a good size with plenty of space and tea coffee facilities and plenty of biscuits Excellent breakfast all freshly made.

The parking is very tight, get in early. The room was dusty with hair on the floor. Rooms are dated but practical

"We had a lovely weekend and will most certainly be visiting again."

We loved the location, just a 15 minute stroll to the city centre. The owner was there to welcome us and we saw him everyday. The room was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy

We would have liked for the bar to be open however when we spoke to the owner he explained valid points about cost.
