Rock Castle Residency

I experienced no illness from eating the hotel cuisine. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The wi-fi worked consistently.

We stayed at Castle Rock Residency for four nights in August. We couldn't speak more highly of the friendly and responsive staff. The location is just a short 10 minute walk into Leh market. We stayed in a balcony room which had views over Leh Palace and Tsemo Hill castle. There is a walk to the castle starting next door to the property and is highly recommended for a sunset trek (20 min).

We couldn't ask for better place to stay in Leh. Very nice and helpful staff.

Inspite of being a hotel it had a very home like vibe with a beautiful kitchen garden in the front. The Leh main market is at a walking distance making it easily accessible without the hassle of hiring a taxi every time.

The stay was just wonderful. Perfect for our first few days acclimating to the altitude. The staff and owner were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. The property is just beautiful and pleasant to relax around. Location is close to the market. Overall it was an amazing stay and highly recommended for your time in Leh. Thank you Gonbo and the rest of the staff!

The staff and the food will really make you feel at home.

Maybe there could be held a little improvement to the infrastructure and rooms furniture (off course with some increase to the prices), we would be more than happy to pay a little more to have some extra comfortness.
