Beautiful scenery overlooking the valley from balcony and pretty quiet! Room is quite set up with fridge, eating utensils, a hairdryer and comfortable beds.

It is at the top of the hill and it isn’t very accessible to anything more than a smaller car. A few things weren’t working (wall plugs), but overall was a lovely stay.

The property is clean and quite well finished, close to Elle centre without being in the noise of it.

Whilst the property is away from Elles noisy main road in an otherwise peaceful location - the stay was very noisy throughout the day and night. They appear to be extending the property and so the rooms are next to an active building site - building work noise was constant throughout the day and loud. On top of this, the walls of the property are very thin and you can hear absolutely everything to every side of you in the property - including neighbouring rooms and outside noise. In fact, the room seems to amplify most noises - you can hear quiet talking clear as day in the room despite windows being closed, and we were woken at night by the sound of another guest vomiting. No or limited hot water in shower. To be transparent, we asked the owner for compensation for noise disturbance, some of which he was responsible for - only 1000lkr was offered off our 19,000lkr stay (about $2.50) - insulting in our opinion.

Uncomfortable mattress, rooms could have been cleaner. The rest of the hotel is a construction site with noise starting from 7am

Feel like in the jungle, I heard different noises from the animals which could not sleep at all. The location is uphill, it’s about 10 mins walk from the main street, road condition is very bad if you are carrying luggage.

too many stairs to get to the hotel. need to carry your suitcases. really tiring.

The location was ideal, what it was up a rather steep hill, this made it peaceful with a beautiful view! I stayed an extra night and they were easily about to accommodate me.

There was building work going on next door so that could be a bit loud.
