Nisela Guest House is clean, affordable, charming and in the absolute best location, at the center of the fort. But what made our stay special was not the location, rather the hosts, who treated us like family and made sure we were looked after! We had an incredible experience and lots of great conversations. Breakfast was made with love and delivered with a smile. If you would like to experience the utmost hospitality that Galle Fort has to offer, then I can definitely recommend Nisela!

I'm rating this place after stating at 5-6 other places in Sri Lanka. The location was great but I think that was the best thing about this place. Breakfast was delicious, although a bit pricey.

The bathroom was quite dirty. The AC didn't always work and fan is not enough because the only window is a tiny one in the bathroom. Small ants in certain places.

I stayed a few days at Nisala Guest and it was great. The family is very nice and I spent a lovely evening with them. The location in the fort is perfect for exploring Galle by foot. You are in walking distance of everything.
