Only had one night, but the location and facilities were very good.

Above all, the cleanliness and value for money. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and bathroom spotless.

"Pleasant enough and in a good location, but would not return to this guest house next time I visit."

The location was good for accessing the main city area. Restocking on tea/coffee was easy as there was a supply in the entry. My room was fine but it did have a smell of cannibis everytime I walked in.

This is a room only guest house with no meet and greet. All instructions are sent via text/email. The second room, booked for my brother, was just big enough for a single bed. Not everyone in the party found the beds comfy.

The location was pretty good; a nice walk to york station and ctiy centre! It was easy to locate as well~ While the room was rather small, it's just nice for solo travellers like me~

I had some issues sliding the shower door, and the air-con couldn't work for some reason...luckily it was cooling when I was there, so I simply left the window open if the room was too warm or stuffy...
