Great location, good food options nearby, parking permit available and on-street parking right outside property.

Parking permit was just from check-in to check out - couldn't park there sooner. Bathroom smelt of cigarette ash, assuming from previous guests using the bin. Room was very small but we were aware when we booked and it was fine for 1 night.

Easy to check in and organise the parking. Clean, comfortable and easy walk to the centre. We will stay again.

Lovely. Very cosy and comfortable. Bathroom was a really good size. Was great price, especially for York. I needed it for some on calls shifts at the hospital and it was perfect as 3 min walk from hospital and 20 minute walk into centre of town. Would stay here again, and had already recommended to all my (doctor) friends.

Close to York centre, fair price, nice street, I’d stay again if I was visiting York.

Walls too thin & bed slightly too hard, the lock box to the door wouldn’t open (takes a strong pull on the little lever)

Houser is clean and comfortable, great location 10 mins walk into the city. Host communicated well and there is parking outside for an extra charge.
