GuestReady - Vanzeleres Collection

It's a beautiful building very close to public transport in a quiet part of Porto, easy to get to everything by foot or by public transport. Our bed was comfortable and the linen provided was good, as was the shower. The concierge team were in touch with access codes well in advance of our arrival.

The building was run remotely. We didn't see a single member of staff for the duration of our time in Porto. There was no housekeeping in the 5 nights that we stayed. Our booking included breakfast and use of a communal kitchen, and our room description said we had a courtyard room with a fan. None of this was the case. There's no kitchen. (Just a table). We were happy with the coffee machine, kettle and fridge in our room and bought crockery and cutlery to sort ourselves out. A fan might have been nice in the heatwave, but it was obviously a really busy weekend so we coped. The walls are thin - pack earplugs! We're adults, so weren't going to let it spoil a good holiday, but the building isn't being well managed and it's only a matter of time before the maintenance issues build up and become a real nuisance for the people staying. We'll return to Porto and to that area, but probably not to another GuestReady property.

No air conditioned, avoid this property during hot days! Kitchen hadn't any utensils ... empty! No pilates, spoons, microwave, etc

La pulizia del bagno non era sufficiente. Il vano sotto al lavabo dove erano riposti gli asciugamani era sporco e di conseguenza un telo doccia era pieno di ragnatele. Inoltre lo scarico del lavandino non era avvitato bene e si sono bagnati gli asciugamani. Devono migliorare.

Cama confortável. Boa localização. Chá e café no quarto.

Ficámos num quarto com muito barulho. . Não há pequeno almoço, apesar de estar incluído na nossa reserva. Só após muita insistência é que consegui ser compensado por isso. Contactei a empresa e a resposta foi dada por um bot de IA que me deu informações erradas.

Tout est impeccable sauf le matelas c'est pas confortable. Aussi il manque de gel douche et champagne dans la douche.
