Ubicación perfecta, comodidad dentro y fuera de la habitación, linda decoración, buena disposición en dejar equipaje después,del check out, limpieza buenísima.

Me pareció muy mal que me expulsaran del living room a una hora razonable de noche (entre 22:00 y 23:00) donde no hacía nada de ruido ni molestaba a nadie, ya que estaba solo ahí. Fue innecesario e incomprensible.

隔音不好注意請放低音量，設備比較老舊一些，其他尚可

民俗老闆非常好，中文也很流利，貓咪很可愛也熱情歡迎旅客～

是傳統房間，隔音效果較不佳，早上會被外面聲音吵醒，建議想睡晚一點的旅客可以帶耳塞～但晚上周遭都很安靜，一樣睡得很好！

Excellent location near the station. Brilliant value for money - a very good option for staying in Kyoto. Cold get to everything easily via the metro from such a central location. The owner is easily contactable and very friendly.

Please be aware two of the three rooms are Japanese style futons and that there are shared facilities. We knew this and were happy with this as the hotel was an excellent budget option. There is some road noise on the ground floor but it wasn’t too bad (the road doesn’t have many cars but when they go past you can hear them).

Great host, very friendly and kind. Very good utilities, equipped kitchen, comfortable and big room. Very good location, quiet neighborhood, close to the park and to the city center.

In general it was clean, all the frequently used areas (kitchen, bathroom) were well maintained however the house itself would need a deep clean as there was a lot of dust in many less used areas.

Location just by the Kyoto main station. Great host, he did his best to make our stay comfortable. No automatic reply, he take care about you personally. The structure is just few rooms, so you feel like in family house. In few words just great value for your money!

Location. It is near the kyoto station and the best transport would be the bus, i refer trains

Struttura comoda e ben posizionata. Lo staff è molto disponibile e parla giapponese, cinese e inglese. All’interno vi sono lavatrice, microonde, tostapane, frigo in condivisione. Tè e caffè solubile gratis per gli ospiti. Una piccola chicca è il video gioco di metal slug nella sala principale per i nostalgici.
