2nd time I booked there and everything was perfect ! The host was polite , the room was clean and spacious for 2 people and the cat super cute ^^

It can be a bit noisy . Not the host fault but the woman in the room upstair was pretty inconsiderate and make a mess in the commune area. My friend and I had to clean up after her so it didnt looked messy.

"Superb"

The room was clean and more spacious than we expected. Towels, a fan, toothbrushes, and a large wardrobe were provided. The washing machine was also available free of charge. Since it’s a small guesthouse, it felt very cozy and homey. The guesthouse was located in a quiet and peaceful area. The host was very welcoming and kindly helped us carry our heavy suitcases to the second floor.

The location was okay, but it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to Kyoto station. The guesthouse wasn’t soundproofed, so we were a bit worried about possibly disturbing other guests.

"Superb"

Nice and spacious room. Free coffee and tea. Only one bathroom but never had to wait for a shower, however when the guesthouse is full you’ll probably have to wait.

The location isn’t the most central but the price represents that.

"Feel the Kioto"

Traditional room in a cozy, home-like house. Very kind and helpful personal. Strong recommendation!

You could here everything that is happening on the street. Luckily the area is very peaceful.
