Seagreen Guesthouse - Galle Fort

Wow- best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. Great location in the stunning fort. Fabulous rooftop bar. Room was very comfortable and modern- slept well. Bathroom was good, lots of hot water and the a/c - great. Staff were very friendly. We didn’t have breakfast. Would highly recommend and we would love to stay here again. We regret not eating food at the rooftop bar after our sunset drinks!

Super nice rooftop to enjoy drinks and the sunset. The whole guesthouse smells like fresh laundry.

Modern, clean and decorated well - very much liked the waxed plaster walls. Reception staff very helpful. Roof bar great.

Laundry chaotic - they lost one t-shirt for a day and ruined another. Breakfast poor and expensive. Hot water shower not available on day of arrival. Night staff thoughtless when locking up as slammed doors and chatted loudly. Woken up each weekday at 6:30am by adjacent school who play hit parade VERY loudly 😳 on their public address system 😂Only hotel to automatically add a service charge.

Il personale gentilissimo, la struttura era molto carina. La camera aveva tutto il necessario e pulizia ottima. La colazione ci è piaciuta molto, abbondante con varie possibilità di scelta.

Unica pecca per il giorno in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia in quanto non vi era acqua calda.

Spacious room, smiling courteous staff, being woken by the schoolgirls marching next door as part of the school day. The rooftop bar ( view) The layout and size of the bathroom. The tea and coffee facilities. The non stop cricket played on the grass opposite by local boys from dawn to darkness

The noise made by locals in the corridor and at the entrance to the property in the early hours.

Great location in the Galle Fort, room was clean and spacious. Good value for money!
