Palms Promenade Luxury Rooms

Excellent location on the promenade in walking distance to everything, close to great bars and cafes. Good bathroom. Shutters on windows were great. Little noise in the room

Not much space to open our bags. Wifi was very problematic. Hairdryer in the bathroom is a struggle when you are sharing a bathroom. it was third floor so many steps, I wouldn't have managed to carry my bag up and down if I were on my own.

The room was large and very comfortable. Great t.v. and location.

No one there to meet me. I did not have a working phone, needed to find someone to call them to let me in.

The aesthetics and location

There was no attendant when we arrived for 1 hour even though we said what time we would be arriving. The air conditioning did not work and it was over 90f outside and over 80f in our room. Miserable conditions to sleep and get ready.

Perfect location! We didn’t realize this room was in an old building without an elevator, so we had to carry our 50lbs suitcase up five flights. Also, there isn’t any turn down service - no one cleans the room and if you need clean towels you have to text the owners. The owners are very responsive on WhatsApp though and got us what we needed. The bathroom is very small and there isn’t enough counter space. The room is spacious for two people and two suitcases. The property is right on the main strip you have access to everything. I’d stay here again!

The only small thing is Wi-Fi which is slow and sometimes comes and goes

Toma was excellent! He was so helpful, patient and full of local knowledge. Gave us great recommendations and was quick to respond if we had any questions.

Central location and view was beautiful of the harbor

The Appartement is extremely beautiful! I love the interiors and the location. Also the check in was very easy. What I really did not like is that our host (we were a group of six girls) told us we could text him whenever we needed something. So we only had five pillows instead of six. But we were six people, one of us had to sleep without a pillow. I told the host and he basically ignored me. He said he would do something about it but never did. So one of the girls simply had no pillow but that‘s basic in my opinion. That is not acceptable. Also we had no warm water to shower, it was always cold. I can recommend the Appartement when it comes to location BUT the Service was simply terrible.
