Palms Promenade Luxury Rooms

Excelente localização, sem elevador

The rooms are in the city centre, and you have an Amazing seawiew.(If you pay for a seawiew room) The rooms are very clean and beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable.

To arrive in the rooms, there are 66 steps of stairs, and with all the luggage, It Is not ideal. We asked for extra-pillows, but they didn't have them. There Is no breakfast and no reception in the building. For the price, you should get something better.

The room was very clean and modern. It has the perfect location on the Riva with water views.

Outstanding. We had a city view room and it was beautiful. Large room and big bathroom. Fantastic shower. Everything was spotless. Lots of storage space and hangers. Kettle and iron provided. Bed is very comfy. Its a hard bed but thats mt preference. Amazing location. Right on the old town, very hand for any tours or boat trips as right on the Promenade. Even with the location we never heard a noise at night from outside nor other guests. We were dueo arrive 5 hours before check in but the hotel had been in contact days before and knew we were arriving early. They were going to meet us early so we could store our bags. Our flight ended up being delayed but we still arrived 2 hours before check in. I was in contact with the hotel on Expedia chat and Karlo turned up very shortly after I messaged to say we had arrived. He had asked the cleaner to do our room first as we were arriving early, and as such the room was ready! Such a little effort from him that made a big difference to our stay as we could immediately freshen up and head out to enjoy the town.

The room was very modern, updated, and comfortable. The location is excellent -- right on the Riva just steps to the Old Town and Diocletian Palace, with a direct view of the harbor. Yet it was quiet at night. The air conditioning worked well, which was very appreciated during the heat of July-August. Karlo gave us good suggestions for restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great location and view of Riva. Very grateful for Toma’s assistance taking my suitcase up three flights of stairs.

Bed was uncomfortable as the two single beds both sloped into the middle. Wifi slow and not working at times.
