Friendly Staff.. they were very helpful..very near to itchan kala

Warm hosts. Arranged for a day trip for us to the three fortresses in the Kyzlykum desert. My room has access to the terrace and this property is located bang opposite the Southern Gate of Ichan Kala. Dilafruz also helped me in getting a shared cab from Urgench to Nukus.

No complaints

The staff is nice and the check in is smooth. The room is tidy and clean. The breakfast is good with great view.

The mattress is just a little bit thin.

The accommodation is located about 150 meters from the old town gate, so it is in a very good location. The staff is very nice, the breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. The common areas (kitchen, reception area) are well equipped, with dishes, water dispenser, etc. I highly recommend it!

It was very suitable for me, I can't report any inconvenience.

Conveniently located just outside one of the entrance to the old city, friendly and helpful staff, they can barely speak english but we used Google translator and It worked! Huge breakfast served at tradition table, legs crossed. Credit card accepted!

Cleanness and pillow could be better

I liked the omelettes for breakfast. I really liked the layout so we could meet the other guests. The location was excellent, really close to the Old City. I liked the largeness of the room and the soft towels.

The bread was too hard to put the delicious jams on. There were too many sugary sweets, not enough fruit.

The 5 bed dorm is clean and bright, with a clean bathroom. It's comfortable for 1, 2, or even 3 people, but much too crowded for 5 people. The location is good, just 2 minutes' walk from the Old City wall. Breakfast is nice.

The price is not shown correctly on Booking.com. They add 2$ City Tax only after you book, but this isn't shown at the beginning like on most other places on Booking.com.

Hostel is pretty close to Khiva train station, just a twenty minute easy straight walk, and it's just opposite the south gate to Itchan Qala - Khiva old city. Staff is friendly and helpful although not very good English but Google translate works. They accept credit card. Breakfast is really good. Super clean. Free towels and toiletries. You can leave your luggage for later after checkout. Beautiful rooftop but was not ready for guests during my stay. Strong WiFi. Free coffee and water.

Bed mattress is a bit hard but probably just the case in all Uzbekistan 😂. No locker for luggage, separate beds in the room so no privace or bed curtains or side light, but there is a socket for each bed.
