Good location and breakfast.

There was a frequent non-stop loud sound coming from the water pump room infront of the dorm which didn’t let me sleep and rest through out the night and when I told the hostel owner, they didn’t do anything as if it was normal. Also the reception was absent during my two day stay. They just came to check me in for payment and never see them again even for check out. It seemed they were busy with another business and running the hostel was not their top priority.

Great location and great host. Definitely worth the price. Also their balcony is great to sit on and look out over the city.

Everything! First of all, it's located in a best spot possible. Within 2 minutes walking distance from Old Khiva entrance, you will have super easy access to the historical site. The hotel is well managed, clean and cozy with nice breakfasts incommon dining area, where we met many backpackers like us there. Also, it's a pet friendly accommodation. Last but not least, the room is well equipped and spacious.

Location and breakfast are amazing. Clean and large room. Cats were lovely. View is spectacular from the rooftop.

Blockout blinds needed in the room as outside light comes in, this was switched off on our second night. Registered us as leaving without paying by mistake, when we did pay in full. This was fixed after our transport company found this, but we had an issue at the next hotel nearly calling the police beforehand. No apology.

Great location just outside the gate. Very friendly staff. Clean room and nice shared terrace with a beautiful view onto the historic city walls. Fully recommend this place.

Breakfast would have been nicer if served on the terrace.
