The annexe was beautiful. Everything about my overnight stay was delightful. There was everything I needed, even some fresh fruit. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. No negatives! 😊😊

The location was well placed to travel to different places within the area. Breakfast provided everything we required.

There was nothing to dislike with the Annex.

Breakfast perfect, self contained, everything available to start the day with an onward journey, tea & coffee, toast cereals, yoghurts and fruits. Lovely village with excellent pub food just across the road.

Beautiful and spacious property. A treat to look out of the door to a well kept garden and the church steeple view. We stayed two nights as we were attending a wedding 10mins drive away in Dodmoor House. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh milk, bread, butter, jam & marmalade, cereals and yoghurt. Fresh fruit too. Variety of tea and coffee provided. Beds large and comfortable. Large double bed downstairs which I think could be made into two singles. Then upstairs a room with a door and two single comfortable beds. So could sleep a group of 4 comfortably. Bathroom downstairs with WC, sink & shower no bath. Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge. Plenty of cups, plates and cutlery. Tv and sofa sitting area. Table and chairs with clean crockery laid out ready for breakfast. Fresh breakfast provided ready in fridge for each morning. Perfect for us. The art work on the walls is beautiful and interesting. Car parking on owners drive, gated in. Hugh & Annabel our hosts are very welcoming & they have two very friendly & well behaved dogs.

Nothing we didn’t like. Wasn’t sure about cleaning breakfast plates so we left on table. Came back in evening to all cleaned which was lovely. Hugh confirmed that they prefer to clean crockery and for guests to not wash up dirty crockery in the bathroom sink. There are steps from the driveway to the property. They were no problem to us. They would maybe not be suitable for wheelchair user.
