Annexe Newnham

Lovely space, nicely furnished and comfortable. Host was very helpful - storing our bike safely overnight and good with communications. Breakfast materials supplied were a nice selection. The village is picturesque and a pub that does food is just down the road from the property.

The annexe was beautiful and had everything we could want. Hugh was a charming host and the location was really pretty.

Very minor, but I agree with the comments in a couple of reviews where people have said that the signage directing you to the accommodation could be a bit clearer.

Lovely, well equipped and comfortable property

The space was really wonderful. Lovely and clean, great decor, plenty of amenities, nice tea and a sweet little breakfast. We were only there for one night but it would have been a comfortable stay for a lot longer! Hugh was so helpful and communication was excellent.

A little more milk and a way to make better coffee would have been amazing, but other than that our stay was perfect.
