It was very clean and we were offered a lovely warm welcome. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the facilities provided everything we needed.

"A good overnight stay in a lovely annexe, we would visit again when in the area"

A lovely self contained facility with a large comfy bed. There was a good sized seating area and a table and chairs. Some cereal and toast for breakfast and tea/ coffee making facilities. Hugh and Annabel were perfect hosts

The only difficulty was finding the entrance from the road at night

"Brilliant , clean and comfy"

Clean , warm , comfy had everything we needed . Beautiful quiet location . Host were lovely and greeted us in the rain and even provided me with gluten free breakfast. They even got an iron from there own house for us to use .
