Any such bookings will be canceled, with no refund given. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience. Please note that the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking for 1-night stays. Anchor's Rest is a small owner-run and managed Guest House. Check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, and from 14:00 to 18:00 over the weekend. The property cannot accommodate late check-ins.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Beautiful place. Quiet and pretty. Our self-catering room was gorgeous. Lovely outside area with sun loungers and table/chairs. The pool area and honesty bar were fabulous. One of the best things was the people. From the owners to the staff all helpful. The lovely Sandy helped us sort out an airline issue. Having a reception staffed by humans and not lockboxes or computers was a joy.

There was nothing to dislike.

Everything was charming!! The warm welcome from our lovely hosts, the comfortable rooms, and the heated pool that stays shaded in the afternoon. A truly relaxing moment before catching our flight home. The big plus? It’s located just 2 minutes from restaurants and a 10-minute walk from the beach, in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can stroll around and enjoy the seaside atmosphere in the air. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to Durban.

Grosses Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee etc. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bäume und Sträucher überwachsen die Terrasse weshalb es ziemlich dunkel im Zimmer ist. Der Pool ist ungepflegt, das Wasser sollte DRINGENDST grwrchselt werden.
