Unfortunately, Anchors Rest Guest House and Self Catering is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers ('Matric Rage'). Any such bookings will be canceled, with no refund given. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience. Please note that the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking for 1-night stays. Anchor's Rest is a small owner-run and managed Guest House. Check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, and from 14:00 to 18:00 over the weekend. The property cannot accommodate late check-ins.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Wir wären gerne länger geblieben....."

Leider hatten wir diese traumhafte Unterkunft nur als Zwischenstation für eine Nacht gebucht, hier wären wir gerne länger geblieben! Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen, bekamen ein niedliches Zimmer direkt am wunderschönen sauberen Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt und schön. Eine Bar auf Vertrauensbasis fanden wir klasse. Das Auto steht sicher im Innenhof. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal reizend! Auch der Ort, von dem wir nicht viel erwartet hatten, hat uns positiv überrascht, der Strand ist toll und es gibt viele gute Restaurants.

"Chambre et emplacement très agréables !"

L’accueil des hôtes et leur gentillesse ! La chambre était très agréable et très propre. Le petit déjeuner était au top ! Merci encore de m’avoir permis de garer la voiture aussitôt arrivée alors que le checkin n’était pas encore ouvert.

Familiär mit viel Herzblut geführte Unterkunft. Sehr gute Lage in ruhiger Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shoppingmalls sind fussläufig erreichbar. Strand / Strandpromenade in ca. 250 Meter Distanz.

Teilweise in den Abendstunden Stechmücken auf dem Sitzplatz beim Garten / Liegewiese. Mückenspray von Vorteil.

Absolutely stunning property with a fantastic location for a quick walk into the heart of Uhmlanga. Beautiful, clean, tidy, strong WIFI, comfy, luxury beds and very friendly staff. Met the owner Peter and his wife Cilla, and the reception staff too. Lovely crowd! We will definitely be back!
