Laguna House

Rooms are super clean and comfy, the temperature does drop quite a bit in Huaraz at night but could not tell in the rooms. Richard and his family are very friendly and helpful. We extended our stay directly with them and actually stayed a total of 6 nights. Richard also organised all our trips during our time here which was great as we really didn’t need to do anything at all! Breakfast is simple but tasty and fills you up for the day ahead. It really is a great place to stay in Huaraz, it’s great value for money.

A little bit of a walk to the main town but not too far and if you really couldn’t be bothered in the evening you can easily get a taxi so it’s not much of a negative for us. The stairwell to the rooms in the property is all open so some noise can be heard. I think everyone is busy in the day and tired so it’s not like there is noise late into the night.

Limpieza

Confort y buena atención, el lugar es tranquilo, no se percibe el frio. Buen desayuno!! muy rico!! El personal muy amable.

Seria bueno que en la habitación tenga una indicación sobre como usar la ducha para el agua caliente.

Chambre définitive confortable.

À notre arrivée, la chambre ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Nous avons demandé à pouvoir bénéficier de la chambre réservée mais elle était prise pour la première nuitée. Un arrangement a été trouvé et nous avons pu bénéficier de la chambre réservée initialement à partir de la deuxième nuitée.
