La comodidad de la habitación y el espectacular servicio

El hospedaje está bien, el precio es bastante bueno, la cama es cómoda y el personal es extremadamente servicial. La ducha es muy buena, y no es eléctrica, lo que ayuda a mantener el agua caliente con consistencia y a buena potencia.

Reservamos este hospedaje dos veces, para antes y para después de nuestro trekking. La reserva antes del trekking nos la cancelaron porque llegamos a las 7:00 am (y precisamente por eso habíamos reservado 2 noches, porque llegábamos muy temprano y queríamos tener una cama y una ducha para descansar). Aún así, no nos avisaron y tampoco nos alertaron en ningún momento que esta era la política. Afortunadamente nos reubicaron en otro hotel cercano (incluso mejor) y por el mismo precio. El cuarto no tiene luz natural y al principio se puede llegar a sentir un olor un poco fuerte.

After some miscommunication at the beginning, almost everything went smoothly. In Peru, time can sometimes be flexible, so there was a bit of waiting here and there. But the rooms were clean, we had hot water, and it was very convenient that we could leave our luggage for free during the trek and also store it for the whole day after check-out without any problem.

Reasonably priced, rooms were quite modern and clean, breakfast was good given it was included.

We pre-booked an extra night to guarantee early check-in, confirming with staff the day before who said it was fine. On arrival, the room wasn’t ready and we were refused check-in. When we declined to pay for a night we couldn’t use, the hotel was unhappy, though we were ultimately charged only 18% — not ideal given the prior agreement. We also booked a Laguna 69 tour after the owner personally offered us a special rate of 60 soles. At payment, he denied any knowledge of the offer and charged full price. This felt dishonest. He was also generally quite rude throughout our stay. On arrival we were given a room with 3 beds rather than the double bed we’d booked. The hotel itself is pleasant, but the service — particularly from the owner, rest of staff were nice — let it down significantly.

We could use the kettle. Great shower - fan pressure as well as reliable hot water.

We booked for three nights. From the beginning communication was quite chaotic. For example, the front door needs a code - which we never received. People ringing frequently, also late at night. The common place was pretty messy. Room was clean. Be aware that everything on the bed is super synthetic. We literally sparkled all night 😂 We likely won’t go back.
