Split Central Guesthouse

Location is prefect,the room have kitchen and balcony

Breakfast not included. Location a bit run down.

All was good considering how little we paid for the room. 2 flights of spiral staircase could be an issue for certain age groups.Really good value compared to others in Split.

S’havien de pujar escales de caragol, un tant perillos si vas amb equipatge, l’habitacio per a dos persones es molt justa i el bany igual, no te ni cortines ni porticons per la llum, es a dir que entra tota la llum esta al costat d’un restaurant i es sent absolutament tot, una mica claustrofobic

Only positive thing about the property was the location.

Room wasn’t properly cleaned, i could tell the toilet wasn’t cleaned after previous guest, and there was dust around the room. Also there was a strange smell in the building.

Excellent location, close to everything. Clean, responsive host.

The room was very small, and the stairs going up to the room were a very tight spiral. It was challenging getting our bags up and down.
