This place is dirty. The breakfast was atrocious. The reception left a lot to be desired. The parking space was too small. We arrived at 10pm, but our rooms were not ready. They prepared the rooms when we arrived. I regret booking this place.

The WIFI is super-fast, and one is able to connect anywhere within the compound. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even helped us call for an uber to take us around Durban.

The place wasn't very clean. They need to recruit more cleaners to ensure that animal droppings, tree leaves and general smell of the area is properly managed. The hotel needs to prepare enough breakfast according to the guests lodged at that particular time. If/when you go to the restaurant late, you will most likely find most of the food finished.

Never had a microwave as advertised Never expected a fold out bad that does not even lay straight when unfolded Breakfast had very little variety outside standard breakfast food. Nothing to cater for vegetarians or non pork eating
