We liked that it was central. The room we stayed in was great for families

The staff disregarded us a few times.. Definitely the opposite of friendly.

Location and security

There was water and teabags in the kettle left by previous guests

Breakfast was very nice. The pool was very clean

Their parking is not open enough.

The braai area and swimming pools

They did not have enough irons, they did not have enough towels, the ones we had were old and torn.

A round of applause to the staff for being very friendly and handful, you shout they jump, I really liked that. My kids really enjoyed the pool and breakfast!!!

Alcohol is not allowed you have to drink it in your room only. Room 7 n 11 had a bit of damp smell we had to keep those rooms open for hours then they were okay. I would suggest that the carpet on the corridor be replaced with tiles and when you don't have guests or expecting guests keep rooms open for fresh air.

Oven was rotten, with no soaps including the dishes one.our nearby gate was only open on Saturday noon, but when we begged the staff to open it they didn't so we had to carry the laguage .

Breakfast doesn't cater for diabetic guest.no swetners no nolemons..had no rooibos in the rooms had no teapots no towels on the first day. Had to be assisted by the night staff.noplaces to warm food .bar fridge was sitting over the old dirt stains.under the bed it was disgusting .fluffyness for years is wept it out myself .I should have ŕecordered what isaw.
