The Town House does not have a elevator facility and the rooms on the first and second floors are only accessible by stairs. Early check-in before 15:00 is not possible. "Would definitely stay again"

We didn’t have breakfast. The location was perfect for visiting son at Exeter University. Easy walk into town and the train station. Lovely host.

"Warm hospitality and comfort in an excellent location"

The excellent view of St David’s Church whilst lying in very comfortable bed listening to the radio provided. The location is excellent. I liked the ambiance. The proprietor was very helpful accommodating.

Beautiful building, full of character and nicely decorated with some properly interesting art. Sorry to say this but awful pillows…bring your own if you’re driving!

Would have looked tidier and smarter from the outside if the windows were clean
