The Town House does not have a elevator facility and the rooms on the first and second floors are only accessible by stairs. Early check-in before 15:00 is not possible. Late check-in is available upon request.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Good location and fairly quiet area after 11 o clock. Good lighting in bathroom and nice big window in bedroom, although not very clean!

Room very tired and bathroom small. Had the option to order breakfast, which we did as had an early start the next morning, but found it expensive for what it was. Was very lucky to find parking in road outside rather than having to go and find paid parking but were very lucky as not much available. Other guests arriving later than us not so lucky.

What a cute, cozy, little room! Frankly, it's quite small (might be a little too small for some, but Townhouse Exeter has many other types of rooms available), but this was exactly what I was expecting - it provided everything I needed for a short stay. I loved the charm of the place, and the host is super friendly. I would definetly book it again.
