The Town House does not have a elevator facility and the rooms on the first and second floors are only accessible by stairs. Early check-in before 15:00 is not possible. "Good location for a short visit to Exeter"

The host was friendly and helpful. Decent location within easy reach of city centre.

Free parking would have been ideal but it only cost £10 for 2 days' parking so not a problem.

Lovely ambience in this Victorian listed building, and my room had crenellations just outside the window.

The walk from St David's railway station was longer uphill than I had anticipated.
