The Town House does not have a elevator facility and the rooms on the first and second floors are only accessible by stairs. Early check-in before 15:00 is not possible. The host was very friendly and a great source of local knowledge . The room was spacious and very tastefully decorated with a spotless bathroom. The breakfast was healthy and delicious and served in a lovely room or peaceful garden . We would stay again as it’s handy for city centre and the University.

"For a short stay, close to St David’s Station and close to the town centre, I would recommend it."

The room was much nicer than I expected and very clean. The surprise was the breakfast delivered to the room, which was excellent, fresh and good value. The location is excellent, a short 5-6 mins walk to Exeter town centre. The lounge in the Townhouse was very nice, as was the garden and you could take your own drink and drink it there at your leisure.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but everything was there and everything worked. So it is not that I did not like it at all, it was functional and served it’s purpose and it was clean.
