The Town House does not have a elevator facility and the rooms on the first and second floors are only accessible by stairs. Early check-in before 15:00 is not possible. "Great location, marvelous breakfast, comfy bed, and lovely people"

Lovely people, great location for visiting my son at Uni. Breakfast was fabulous - exactly what I like, but jazzed up to be a real treat. The bed was comfortable.. usually when I am not at home I have a sore back in the morning from a hard bed.. but this bed was perfect.

The bathroom was a little small, but manageable. There was a bit of a musty smell in the building, but I could open the windows in the bedroom and bathroom to clear it out and get some fresh air in, so it wasn't an issue.

"Clean, Convenient, Quiet"

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in room 8 (top floor) of Townhouse Exeter. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were dependable. It was easy to walk to all the city sights as well as café and restaurant options yet it was quiet at night. Bonuses: Ken's warm welcome and recommendations, the room's artwork and the view of St. David's church from window.

"Comfy, Cozy, Peaceful, Perfect."

Very cute and clean and peacful. Communication was excellent. Classical music playing as I entered my room was a nice touch. Highly recomend.

Can't think of anything to improve!
