Nous avons aimer l emplacement la propreté

Nos gustó la habitación, con todas las comodidades y la cocina de uso común con otros huéspedes está muy bien. Estuvimos cómodos. Es un alojamiento bien agradable.

No nos gustó llegar a las 9.30 hs porque nuestro avión llegó temprano y no encontrar a una persona física dentro del alojamiento. No teníamos códigos para abrir puertas ni con quien hablar. Tuvimos que esperar afuera más de 3 horas, sin poder dejar las valijas adentro. Hasta las 15 hs nadie puede entrar. Un par de horas antes llegaron las limpiadoras y allí por suerte pudimos entrar! La señora Diana fue muuuy amable y nos entregó un juego de llaves. Nos dejó su número de wapp y lo bueno fue que el día de partida pudimos quedarnos hasta 18.30 hs y no, dejar la habitación a las 12 hs.

Location was great if you want to explore Belem. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, the street is nice and calm. It is well connected to Lisbon city centre by bus.

The room is claimed as a suite, but it is not stated in the description that the kitchen and living room areas are shared with the guests staying at the other room of the property.

The bed was comfortable and TV worked.

The advertisement was with parking and you have to Park down the road and pay.When you get inside the map shows where to park free and turns out it's the police parking for their private cars. Also the roof in the bathroom leaks water which dripped on me while I was on the toilet and also made the floor slippery in the dark. When I notified the owner he was aware of the leak you still advertising available without fixing.

Sharing common kitchen and living.

Fantastic location in Belém. Well priced Restaurants on your doorstep (literally!) and close to all the sights that Belém has to offer. Great bus routes into central Lisbon. Beds were comfy and lovely views over the park. The cleaners were very welcoming and friendly.

The bathroom is very tired, and as previous guests have mentioned, is a bit damp smelling. Velux windows need blinds updating with black out blinds and better soundproofing between the bedroom walls and the kitchen and the surrounding bedrooms.

We loved the location.

We didn’t like that we never met the owner for him to show us how to work the washer dryer or anything else. The key was a big problem sometimes would take 10 minutes before we could get into our room and then another key to get into our bedroom. If there was ever a fire, you’d have to jump out the balcony and probably break your neck. The last night people had moved in and they were very noisy upstairs had to go and tell them that we were trying to sleep.
