Metro Heroismo Residence

Room was clean and pleasant, location good right opposite Metro.

Had great difficulty getting into room, had great difficulty contacting manager and no reception. There was no glassss, cups, no electric jug and no towel rails. Traffic noise very loud.

Comfortable bed. Very clean. Friendly host. Right next to the metro so very easy to travel to other places in Porto.

The wifi was horrific. It was very hot and very noisy from outside traffic and also neighbours through the walls.

Clean and opposite a metro station. Bed was comfy. Good size.

Too hot in the room. Couldn't turn the heating off and the radiator is noisy. The room is on the ground floor facing a small but quite busy road so if you open the window is noisy and everyone can see u. The temperature of the water in the shower is not consistent. Not enough toilet paper for 3 nights even after asking for more. Communication with the owner could be better. She only answers calls, not msgs. Mould forming on the walls.
