Batad Lhorens Inn and Restaurant

Lhoren and her family are very welcoming, they took care of us and were very helpful for tips on how to get around and treks. She also cooks very good food. We booked a guide with her and he was amazing, same for the transfer from/to Banaue. Everything was wonderful about our stay, only positive things to say. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everybody! Big kisses to Kiro!

Lhoren and her family are welcoming and helpful. Lhoren is amazing, she can satisfy any need you may have. We extended our stay because we felt like home. The place is located in a beautiful village with stunning views and amazing people. You can book transport or tours with her and she also provides good food, the breakfast is delicious. Be prepared for some stairs to get there but the effort is more than worth it. You can also do nice treks and visit an impressive waterfall. Lhorens also taught us how to pound rice and it was a good an experience that made us aware how much effort it takes to cultivate and obtain some rice. The whole stay was simply perfect!!! Would highly recommend it

Lhoren is a fantastic host with great recommandations and services. The food was also great and the view from the rooftop amazing! If you want to get lost in the rice terraces, this is the perfect place ;)

Homestay at Lhorens place in Batad village was amazing. House in the hillside of rice terraces has simple, but cozy rooms, with beatiful views on the rooftop. The way to the house is not easy for someone (20 mins walk down the hill from the road end), travellers should be aware, that this is not typical tourist destination and some physical condition is needed. Lhoren and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Accommodation, food and other services met our expectations. Transport services from/to Banaue, other places were offered and used. Highly recommended.

The owners are really nice!! Really helpful!! Beds are clean and comfy, commodities are clean and there is hot water. You can eat at the accommodation aswell :) Take a Jeepney from the city! Don’t take a tricycles! That will be a lot cheaper ;) Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful stay!!

The host is a wonderful woman, she is a mom of six kids with a good sense of humor. We were also there with our 2 little kids and they felt totally at home there. She is also a good cook.

Nothing, except maybe, the water that you buy there is a bit expensive - 4 times the prices as in a shop beside te road) I know its because its hard to get it there, but just so you know ;)

Lhoren is very welcoming, she treated us almost like our kids. Don't expect luxury of course but her home is quite lovely, mostly wooden. Also, what she cooks is delicious, so even if you don't sleep at her place it's worth stopping for eating or drinking something.

The shower room could be better maintained.

The house is clean.

No CR on the second floor.

- looks better in the internet than in the reality - toilet next to dining room so you have no "peace" making a pee and ... - terrace on the rooftop but without equipment (there is no even a chair) - WiFi is available but you have to pay for any hour
