Guesthouse Next to beach

Отличное расположение, не далеко от набережной и моря! Рядом много кафе где можно покушать. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания! Хозяин дома отличный человек большое ему спасибо!

Все очень понравилось! Очень хороший,чистый номер,кондиционер,чайник,кружки,полотенца,все было В коридоре напротив номера был холодильник и микроволновка Очень тихо,спокойно,соседей не слышали,хотя это город Есть также небольшой балкончик,чтобы посидеть вечерком До моря совсем недалеко,минут 10 пешком До старого Батуми также минут 10 Очень приятный хозяин Спасибо большое и очень советуем место

Отличное месторасположение, недалеко от набережной.Очень чисто, в номере есть все необходимое для проживания, есть где посушить вещи после моря, так же есть гладильная доска, холодильник, чайник , посуда. Гостеприимный и отзывчивый владелец.

Расположение превосходное, чисто,уютно, хозява внимательные. до аэропорта ходит рейсовый автобус номер 10, остановка рядом, кафешек и обменников на все вкусы

холодильник бы в номер -хотя бы небольшой, кто плохо переносит жару, лучше ездить наверное в сентябре, но кондиционер справлялся

Its location, a great area for everything but away from high rise ORBI hotels. The owner showed me where the bank was and cheap restaurants nearby.

It was all good.

The whole property is very well maintained and clean. We stayed in the top roof facility with the kitchen. Looks like it's been refurbished recently, everything was new. We were 2 of us. Everything we needed was there, e.g. a set of towels, toilet paper, kitchen detergents etc. Equipment of the kitchen was "just enough" for two, though not more. Wifi was very good quality, we did not encounter any problem. The house owner and his wife are very friendly. He took us for a "neighbourhood tour" showing us where to withdraw cash, the closest restaurant, grocery stores, how to go to the beach. The location is excellent - this part of the city is closer to the old town - on the opposite side from the "Dubai-like" monsters. Both aspects are at hand - a few streets down was the "urban" thing with shops, restaurants, bus lines etc., while on the opposite direction it was really close to the beach. The house is in a side street so surprisingly very quiet.

Personal communication requires at least basics of Russian (which we had). But the landlord seems to be creative so I could imagine communication using some on-line translator app :)

Great location and friendly hosts. Kettle in the room. Quiet at night.
