Great location not far from the old city, the unit located on the second floor in the owners house. Very good maintenance, well equipped with big balcony

Nothing special

As other guests had mentioned the host was so nice to pick me up at from the train station upon arrival and even waited for one hour as it had delayed. The room was super clean and nice. There was an iron and an ironing board outside the room which was very important to me. A fridge and microwave were also available in the hallway. The place is 10-15 min from the beach a few minutes from the dolphinarium and there are enough shops and restaurants nearby. I liked the neighborhood as it was not very crowded like some other big residences in Batumi and had good access to all attractions. If you are someone who is comfortable to walk, you can get to most city attractions within max. 30 min walking.

Well just a few small points: the bath towel was very hard and not comfortable to use. The washing basin was so small and the mirror above it had a glass piece for toothbrush etc. that I could hit my head to it if I got close, so I had to let water splash everywhere in order not to hurt myself. And very importantly.... there were no tissues in the room/bathroom!

There is the small sink in the bathroom. It was very cramped, and you couldn't really lean over it, causing water to splash everywhere. For a room at this price, the cheapest possible toilet paper was provided. Not a good WiFi. And the most troubling thing: we were tired when we checked in. Payment was only accepted in cash, so we had to withdraw money. We got busy and returned to the room late. While we were initially greeted very friendly, when we delayed the payment (although we do not appear to be insolvent), we were met with a much harsher tone and the very unpleasant question, "When are you going to pay?" This was unpleasant.

The bathroom was tiny and awkward to use. The room was not cleaned during our 2-night stay.
