Guesthouse Next to beach

This property is amazing. Location is about 5min walk next to the beach front and Dolphinarium. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Hosts are also very nice and helpful. We had to leave property in a deep night and owner woke up and helped us to book a taxi. His wife is also very kind and smiling woman who cares about the cleanliness every day. Room was clean, comfortable with private bathroom with toilete. Balcony was also super. A/C was working for 100%. This property is very good value to stay. I recommend absolutely.

Excellent place! Lovely helpful hosts. Extremely clean and comfortable. Beautiful view onto the garden. Great location for us, we loved the neighbourhood. Dzalian didi madloba!

we stayed in the red room. everything was sparkling clean, and the room had absolutely every detail you’d need, plus it does have its own small but full bathroom which might not be visible from the pictures. the place overall is in a very quite neighborhood and in real short walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants etc also right there. and above all, the host Levan does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, plus he was such a tremendous help to get something back to Tbilisi that I forgot in the room! thank you!!!

it’s a 20-30 mins walk into the center, but you can take a cheap cab which Levan thankfully helps to Organise if in need

location- right in the heart of Batumi, 2 min to the beach , spacious, well- decorated room, nice bathroom , incredibly helpful owner showing you round on arrival, even picked us up from the airport!
