Friendly staff, very clean, all facilities needed were available. Definately recommended!

Friendly staff, reasonable price, clean beddings and equipment, 3 shared shower rooms but really clean. No complaint if you compare the price of this guesthouse and other hotels around.

It's a bit uncomfortable to have a toilet in the room (and couldn't use it while staying with my husband) but there is one shared toilet in the first floor. You can hear others voice but seemingly around 11pm all go to bed and can peacefully sleep.

Convenient location - close to the Kitanomine zone slopes, Lawson, and there's also a public bath in the hotel across the road. Fully equipped kitchen, allowing self-catered stay. I was lucky to stay at the tail end of the ski season, when there was no one around. At some point I was the only guest in the whole hotel.

We liked that there was a kitchen that we were able to use.

The noise in the hostel, also there was a toilet in the bedroom without a door just a curtain.

Most things really, viewed in the context of affordable hostel-style accommodation. Nice fitout. Very clean and tidy. Good location, walking access to ski lift and convenience stores. Lots of single rooms with toilet, and good shower facilities downstairs. A nice lounge area downstairs.

Sound insulation is poor - conversations in other rooms and corridors can clearly be heard some distance away, and if you are anywhere near the kitchen upstairs you will be woken around 0645. Kitchen facilities are stressed by the numbers of guests, as are washing/drying machines which are too slow delivering results.
