Location cleanliness and value you for money.

Hiro was a great host A suggestion would be to put glasses in the room ie single room 1 Beer, 1 wine and 1 water glass. Also a bedside lamp would help

Great location - 10min walk from the slopes, 5min from Lawsons, Onsen across the road for 500 yen. Local restaurants/bars close by (get in early before 5:30pm ish to avoid long waits). Clean and good facilities. Comfy beds and good heaters. Friendly and helpful staff. Well explained rules - not allowed to roll suitcases / luggage, had to lift. Very specific rubbish sorting which I think is pretty standard on Hokkaido. Thanks for the stay :)

Not overly well sound insulated but that isn’t a problem if the other guests respect the quiet time rules!

The location of the chalet to the slopes was walking distance which we loved. It was great to be able to cook some meals at home and not have to rely on getting into restaurants.

There was minimal crockery and cooking saucepans etc For Australians the garage separation took a bit to get use to.

Good location with an easy 10 minute walk to the Gondola. Close to convenience store and a handful of restaurants within a few hundred metres. Very clean and Hiro is an excellent host. Communal kitchen could get a little crowded but that was OK. Excellent hot showers. A little noisy but that was more the people than the place. Bonus is bus stop for Hokkaido Resort Liner right outside the door. Would stay again for sure.

Bed was a little hard but not an issue. There were a few loud, inconsiderate people but that’s them and not the property.

Excellent accommodation, great value, very clean and owner very helpful. Definitely stay there again. Close to restaurants. Quiet.

Kitchen a bit busy, not enough utensils and hotplates, but just made sure I prepared food at quiet times and it worked well.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very convenient to get to by bus and then get the bus to Sapporo. Super easy walk to the slopes and host was very helpful!
