Location, decor, good security.

No heating (heaters remained off in the kitchen and near bathroom despite messages sent about this), was forced to move to a room with 1 bed (had booked a room with 2 beds, but unit for a/c & heat was not working, and the extra blankets offered to us wouldn't have been enough). I messaged a few times to get an update if the unit was fixed so we can get the room with 2 beds back, with no result. No partial reimbursement given, as requested. So the guest who was with me had to leave because she needed to have her own bed. Mattress is borderline thin. Lots and pans are nasty. Housekeeping came only 3 times, Very dark on main floor where elevator is. Could not enjoy the living room since no heat there either. The guest with me, also came upon someone doing maintenance on our door, without an advanced warning. Microwave not working (tried all options on it), stove not working. Didn't bother messaging the company because they didn't care about the other issues. Very disappointed as I thought this accommodation would be great. Cannot recommend since Comfort, in most important aspects, was not provided.

廚房的鍋具過於老舊，單手鍋、平底鍋不沾鍋塗層都已脫落，需要更新。房間的廁所水管味道很重。

Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, closet storage, love the TVs. Shared spaces were comfortable.

The rooms were incredibly hot and the AC system was not working at all. It's not in a quiet area so having the window open impacted sleep. The area was iffy, walking from the train station down the street didn't feel the most safe. And it was hard to find. The instructions for entry and check in are confusing - photos may help.

Location, facilities, cleaning

Maybe I didn’t read the rules correctly but after moving out we left some dishes in the corner of our room to pick them up and 30€ were withdrawn from my card after moving out for additional cleaning. This was kinda weird, because I stayed in many properties and usually this kind of cleaning is included.
