Gaspar House

Fantastic location and definitely the most comfortable beds we received during our entire vacation. The whole house has obviously had a lot of attention put into it and we appreciated all the small details from the excellent WiFi and AC with a remote to the entire automated entry system. We enjoyed it immensely and wish we stayed longer!

Here is one suggestion I might add to elevate the guest experience. There is only one outlet by either side of the bed, this required us to unplug the lamp in order to charge our devices. Adding a power strip with USB’s or a lamp with usb beside the bed would be an excellent improvement for travelers trying to charge and use their devices.

Lage. Direkt an der Metro.

In den Beurteilung steht ein Gaspar, der jedoch nicht existiert, und somit gibt es auch kein Frühstück. Der Check-in läuft ausschließlich über eine Online-Plattform, bei der man alle Ausweise einscannen muss, um einen Zugangscode zu erhalten. Die angegebene Kofferunterbrigung im Pipe Coffee geht nicht, da nirgends ein Pipe-Coffee existiert. Auf Beschwerden wird nicht reagiert, wie zum Beispiel bei einem unerträglichen Geruch im Zimmer 5 mit Bad, der auch nach längerem Lüften nicht verschwindet. Zudem bleibt das Bad trotz Klimaanlage kalt, Decke ist dort schwarz und es gibt Wassertropfen am Schlafzimmerfenster. Es ist alles feucht. Haben nichts in Bad gestellt, damit diese Sporen nicht in unsere Dinge wandern. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen und haben ein trockenes, neues Hotel 500 m weiter zu gleichen Preis gefunden. Dort sind die Zimmer warm und trocken. Weder Gaspar noch Booking.com hat aus unsere Beschwerden reagiert. Die Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer hatten das Problem nicht, dafür haben sich andere Gäste dort breit gemacht.

Metro mesmo à porta. Serviços por perto. E os sistema de check-in totalmente autónomo e sem chaves, brilhante!

O quarto não era muito espaçoso, mas pelo preço, fiquei satisfeita!

O banheiro é compartilhado, não é suíte! Não houve limpeza no quarto nenhum dia sequer! Em nenhum momento tivemos a informação antecipada que não teria local para deixar as malas… poucas horas antes da entrada foi dada a opção de pagar para deixar em outro local até a hora do check in.
