A acomodação fica em frente a estação de metrô Areeiro, disponibiliza uma cozinha bem equipada, e a sala de estar é bem espaçosa. O quarto possuía um banheiro privativo, o que traz mais conforto em estadias mais longas, com cama confortável apesar de encostada na parede. O quarto e o banheiro possuíam aquecedor, a TV funcionava bem e o guarda roupa era espaçoso.

O banheiro exalava um odor forte em algumas horas do dia, sendo necessário deixar a porta sempre fechada e a janela aberta, o que pode deixar o banheiro bem frio no inverno. Quando utilizamos o forno elétrico para esquentar uma pizza de mercado, a luz da casa toda caiu, mas o host nos atendeu prontamente e indicou que religássemos o disjuntor.

This was my second stay, and my experience was drastically different from my first. It's an excellent choice for booking during the high season or on warmer days, as you probably won't find anything else that offers such good value for money. However, I recommend avoiding it in winter, as it is not well-equipped to handle the city's humid climate. The apartment itself is superb and offers a beautiful view over the Praça. Additionally, it is conveniently located just a short ride from the airport.

I was the only guest, and while this could have been a great experience, it ultimately meant I did not benefit from the basic services that the house usually provides. When I arrived, my room was not ready and was in a terrible state. The management kindly offered me another room and immediately sent in their cleaning team. They returned the next morning to clean the extra room I used, but unfortunately, they did not clean again during my stay. To make matters worse, Lisbon is notoriously humid during this time of year, and as a result, the bathroom ceiling and some parts of the walls were covered in black mold. The hot air conditioning didn’t do much to combat the overall dampness. I chose not to complain to the host because I felt there wasn’t much they could do to resolve the issues in such a short time. Overall, I would say that the service was excellent in the summer during the high season, but it was almost nonexistent this time around in winter.

I liked the location, the easiness of accesses, the automation, the price. No hassle. Comfortable mattress.

The noise from the street and lift of room 1. That room could have been cleaner being fair. Sockets not adapted the how the room is. No switches close to the bed either.

Regal old building, nice bathrooms, nice to have a kitchen, right next to the metro station

In November the room got quite cold at night- I had to wear extra clothes and sleep in my sleeping bag liner under the bedding and I still felt cold. It would have been great to have a small desk in the room.

Die Betten waren bequem und die Dusche gut. Der kontaktlose Check-in hat gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist direkt an der Metro-Haltestelle.

Das Zimmer roch extrem stark nach Chlor. Im Bad war schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, autobusy miejskie, sklepy spożywcze, piekarnia, sklep ze świeżymi owocami i warzywami. Bardzo dobry pomysł z bezobsługowym zameldowaniem i otwieraniem drzwi za pomocą aplikacji. To eliminuje ryzyko zagubienia kluczy. W apartamentowcu niezwykle czysto, spokojnie, duża przestrzeń w części wspólnej. świetne wyposażenie łazienek i kuchni ( m.in. pralka i suszarka z której skorzystaliśmy, bo padało na zewnątrz, a my mieliśmy przemoczoną odzież) . Kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy dostępne są w sklepie warzywnym na parterze. Polecam zarówno na krótkie, jak i dłuższe pobyty.

Me costó un poco encontrar el lugar y entender el funcionamiento de las puertas de acceso, pero en general todo bien.

Pensé que la habitación tenía baño privado y desayuno.
