Convenient location, easy access to transport. Host made us feel very welcome. Quiet side street enabled us all to have a good sleep. Good hot shower, clean room and beds were our requirements, this property met our needs well.

Sometimes plumbing/pipes were noisy.

Location was in the middle of quite a lot of shop, restaurants, takeaways, and a launderette just up the road

Shower door broken and replaced with a curtain for half of it, shower couldn't be moved and pressure was awful. Cleaning left a lot to be desired Attacked by ants with two of the the children leaving with more bites on them

The airco was not on. The toilette zink was stock with hair. And i rent the room in the pictures was an freezer.But nooo freezer.

the accommodation is near the market and the train station

there is no refrigerator and it's summer and you have to have cold juice, therefore accommodation without a refrigerator is bad

The location was good - just a few minutes from the rail and bus station of Mestre. There was an air conditioning so it was warm, but it made a lot of noise.

The host made us wait almost one hour (we arrived a bit before the check in time which was 2 PM (written on Booking), but he insisted that it is 3 PM). He did not answer his phone, we called multiple times and also texted him on Booking, his excuse was that he lost his phone. Even if that was the truth, the correct thing was to change his number on Booking or at least to let us know his new number. The culmination was that the toilet seat was missing, we noticed it after he left the building. We told him and his excuse (a lie!) was that the previous guests broke it and he couldn’t buy a new one because of the National holiday (25.04). We were there for 3 days, in which he could have changed it, but he did not. That was unacceptable! Also the host did not provide cups (for water or else), a cover for the blanket, and a small towels. I strongly do NOT advise you to book this apartment! The place next door (villa Chiara) looked way better.

Good location, 7 minutes walk from Mestre Train station

The size of the rooms, and beds, comfortable mattresses. A beautiful roof terrace. The location of the property is good (nearby a food store and restaurants, 5 minutes walk from the railway station). The personnel are kind, check-in and checkout were OK. Air conditioners are working. Good Wi-Fi connection.

The shared bathroom on the 2nd floor was cleaned only the 3rd day of our stay. There wasn't even a swab to wipe up the water in the bathroom. The floor and the tablecloth of the shared kitchen (in the basement) were dirty, the gas stove didn't work, and the electric stove wasn't in the best shape. There were flat TVs (from good manufacturers) but neither had a cable TV-connection, one didn't have a controller. It's interesting that on the 1st floor the bathroom was OK! These things debased our stay, but can be fixed without a great effort by the owner/manager!
